In response to the question: "are there plans or thoughts on your plate to talk about how to better engage some of the full-time faculty in the improved student experience--mentoring new faculty, providing training, professional development, that sort of thing?"
Answer: "Sure thanks. I probably can't give a definitive answer on this, but I'll say a couple things that maybe provide some directional guidance. Uh, I've got, um, an open mind to, uh, ideas, and so I appreciate the expression of the idea. I, uh, have also got a fair bit to learn about, uh, what the role is today to be able to evaluate the idea. I have the benefit of, um, [names redacted] and their teams, who will provide input, and I think probably the last thing I'll say on this is we'll be sharing what we plan to do for, uh, using the platform that I plan to create around faculty engagement and communication. There'll be an opportunity for, for sharing those ideas, for testing ideas, back on, on you as, as full-time faculty, if and when changes are made. And so I, I would say, don't have an idea yet. Fully planned to evaluate that appreciate the idea. No, I've got a great team to help, and their teams as well will provide input. So thank you."
