Just wondering if we are FINALLY done with what seemed like a never-ending round of layoffs?
It looks like things have calmed down a bit, and we can finally breathe a little easier at least for a while.
Although I'm not sure we can ever completely relax when it comes to Walmart ever again...
Layoffs will continue until morale improves.
This is going to get really ugly. Greed and fear are going is going to redefine co worker relationships; eating away like a cancer at the good fabric of what has always kept Walmart afloat----which is the family oriented atmosphere Sam encouraged within his business.
Survival of the fittest. If you don't have to stay, find something else. If you do have to stay, prepare for the worst.
