If we have any hope of becoming a profitable company, let’s stop sales pitching our product and create content thank speaks for itself. Quality and identity sells itself. Really, this is the best we can do????

LOL. Stop with the facts and making sense. The management at that hellhole are so elementary they don't know their a-- from a hole in the ground. Good luck staying there. My advice - get out now. Go find another job.

I agree with quality content, but that's only part if the issue. If the compan....college, wants to be profitable, it needs to treat its employees better, and give is an incentive to work hard. The majority of us are tenured employees who were used to being paid for performance or having benefits like half-day Friday's. Just let is work from home with a non 10-7 shift. Lets also not roll out a new stident, management system thats not designed for what we do. It's almost like someone wants us to fail. No joke. I just dont inderstand it.

The management staff who remain continue to be sales orientated. 20+ years ago this was not the way UOP presented itself.
