It’s easy to recognize posts from HR or other deflectors on this site. People trying to shut down the “rumors” or deflect what’s coming. Like most of you, I too have heard of Q1 layoff - from some pretty reliable sources. Yes folks, there are more layoffs to come. The rumor is that the layoffs coming will be significant and worst than the last (I’ve also heard June). I know right... how and why? Those are the rumors and regardless of what’s being denied, the last layoff in October 2017 was predicted, was on target, and turned out to be true. Where there’s smoke, there’s usually fire. I can attest that the stress level is at an all time high - from all levels. At this stage, it’s a waiting game. Folks are resigning in droves, and at least 70% of the employees have one foot out the door. Not good. So, it’s back to the “am I on the list?” waiting game. Good luck.

Respect? There is no respect word in Citrix dictionary.
Don’t be fooled by the fancy lipstick.
There will be layoffs or reorganization’s that are so stupid that people will resign on their own to save citrix the layoff package expenses.
But maybe that is the plan concocted by EM and the new SAP management to get rid of people.
DK really Doesn’t know anything about how to treat 10+ year loyal employees with respect.
The whole new “Citrix is back” is a farce and only benefiting the VPs while everyone else gets crumbs and humiliations.
I waited out the layoffs, and my bills now are A TON lighter now! Thanks Citrix!

DH actually said with a straight face this morning that Citrix is rated 19th in the US for happiest employees. Ha! That's hilarious.
It's the same regardless of which corporation you go to. All these issues and complaints are everywhere to some degree, so it's not like worker bees can ever really be "safe."
