Waiting to find out what happens to Bank...hopefully they rip the call center right out...they have a bunch of knuckleheads working in the call center. Get them out.

Several credit analysts were given QTDs this week for the last week in February.
Enterprise staffing structure will be announced the last week of January for other business units that are still waiting for the other shoe to drop.
So sad. The Bank could have been something big if they followed the gameplan of Ally Bank. The leadership, at least when I was there, was not interested in any new ideas, innovations, or outside thinking. Can't speak to the call center, though I've heard it's bad from my ex-colleagues who remain at SF. The poster above is right about innovation. An agent office, really? State Farm has less than a decade to live. New innovative companies will eventually overtake the once proud company. How many billions will they lose this year?
Like it matters! The entire company is headed toward a line in the history books. InsurTech companies are beginning an assault on all the legacy insurance companies that will ultimately either force them to radically restructure or go out of business. Lemonade is marketing their insurance through an app using chatbots while State Farm thinks people still want to talk to their 18K agents? You all have 3 to 5 years max - get your resumes updated.
So you're actively wishing ill will on the entirety of the Bank call center because you've encountered a couple of "knuckleheads?"
