Systems down again, what a joke of a school. How can anyone be productive with no visibility to student information?

vocado is the worst system that I have had to work with. I hate to death
Like fake news the Financial Aid software, Vocado, is fake software. Our CIO picked it and now he is out, funny how it all happens. 1 hour of production downtime for a less then ready verbosely coded software.
The more the systems are down the less fake degrees are sold
