Don’t understand why they transfer them? They don’t have substantial skills, they can’t speak English well, it’s costly to move or keep them, just think of renting, travel, private school, it’s almost equal to one salary. Don’t understand why SLB nam is doing it. The only explanation is that some of them are well connected, or the managers themselves are enjoying these benefits.

But the company is not benevolent and they don't transfer for fun. Also, expats don't move for fun. When you say these employees are not skilled you are just being jealous.
