It's not just good ole boys. It's a click. These are formed by the slackers and ones that avoid work. They band together to protect each other. Weak associates needs allies. Strong ones let their work speak for themselves. The good ole boys and girls will get you fired. We have an ASM that is totaly worthless. It's a female. She was gone no one would know. Yet they are firing another ASM who works hard..
Wow, I am starting to realize this to be so true, I care and have gone above and beyond to protect our merchandise bc we do not have a LP right now, I realize now it.doesnt matter, I am almost 10 years in non woman friendly store in Florida. All about good.ole boy.. So over it
I never thought about it like that but Lowes goes above and beyond to not charge or ban the petty thiefs.
