Looks like they're making money on the sale of the stores based upon what it cost to build them and their book value. Hope the cost and length of the triple net lease that they enter into doesn't bite them in the rear. Newer stores not so much, but the older stores............. Wonder when Sidney will sell.

Gotta pay on that massive debt to Goldman Sach's you know!

Property has been being dumped more than you think. Then, the company turns around and leases the property from the buyer.
