Looks like we are all doing fine with the Dream Center. I feel like I’m in a much better place with my job now.

If they don't they should but the big difference with Brent Richardson is he was involved in for profit ed. Now he's successfully managed to get a hold of a for profit and turn it non profit which he was trying to do unsuccessfully for years. If this foundation is tax exempt I want to see what the leadership is paid. Individuals such as Brent Richardson are untrustworthy in my book and should be closely regulated and monitored.
Do the same rules apply to all Community Colleges and Universities?

Graduation rates and default rates are already out there. Every student that enrolled has them reviewed in depth.
Please ask your CEO, Brent Richardson, and all administrators down to campus presidents to make public their income and data concerning graduation and default rates. This is the only way we will know if this is legit. By law they don't have to do this, but if they choose not to, that will say a lot.
