How many times has a management shill posted a comment on this site suggesting “baseless claims” have been made? Too many to count. Almost always the alleged “baseless” is proven factual by subsequent events. Something is going on. A member of the executive team, the chief counsel, doesn’t just up and leave unannounced and a director, with the largest stock holdings, doesn’t start dumping stock for no reason.
Baseless claims are not helpful chicken little.
What's happening is Moble is a completely joke and people have had enough. They are finding better jobs at better companies. I've been in this industry for 30 + years. Noble is complete joke in the industry. The worst I have worked for BY far! Not even close. The worst.

ditto. Managers are bad because executives are incompetent. That won't change because the board of directors is made up of hacks who just want their hefty fees. Newest director led Dynegy into bankruptcy. Did they bring her on for her expertise in bankrupting companies or to be a shill for DS, KF, GW etc.?
Yes there is something happening the industry is picking up everywhere except @ Noble, and people have had enough this is only the beginning. The nepotistic culture exists big time, some of the managers are so bad and have such a horrible reputation that they are down to hiring relatives. HR is a complete joke, one person could run the entire show so incompetent. I am an employee of over 5 years and have seen numbers fudged to make it all look good, backdoor deals, too many junior people in power roles.
Worst company you can work for, only if you are starving should this dump be an option.
