How many people, bases and offices will go to this new JV? Our side (WFD) will provide the pumping equipment which needs more people and space. Also how will we get our fleet back on its feet and up and running? Nothing works and everything needs repairing. I guess we'll soon be hiring a lot of shop people.

Yep, love the reply. Get it done! No need to plan just take a hammer to it. What useless advice. Hopefully they jettison your butt!
On the Completions department (packers and plugs) I hope the smart ones come from SLB because we need all the help we can get ! Management and Sales have not been able to get it done !
