Fill out a Radar card , it may save your life.

Radar cards will not help the problem. Management needs to realize what is enough to protect someone. Having to wear glasses goggles and a face shield all at the same time just to do some grinding is crazy.
PPE will save your life, all the time, every time. Fill out a Radar card saying you wore your PPE today. Submit at least 4 radar cards a week , your PPE deserves the recognition.
I am getting real tired of Manufacturing shoving PPE down my throat. I know when to wear PPE. Having to wear multiple articles is just crazy. These coveralls are heavy and hot and hard to work in. They need to know if it takes me twice as long we’ll then so be it.
I thought I had strained my back after being at a desk all day, but it was only sadness.

The radar cards are tracked like the police write tickets. The more that have been written per month the safer the plants are. At my plant Hardy we have to turn in so many a week. That way we are being safe on a consistent basis. If we were to creat them all in the last week it would look like we were only safe a quarter of the time. It helps to have good observations that are reported. Just like my coworkers was wearing extra PPE when he was working etc.

Radar cards are the life blood of the company. Without them...you don't want to know.

It might save your life but not your job. Management tracks and monitors the employees.
