On the rehab side they are opting to make your life so miserable therapists quit. Over staffing poor performance buildings and then send them packing to a building 90 miles away. If you question this they remind you you signed the offer letter stating you agree to it. What you agreed to was “you may be asked to cover occasionally” so they send therapists so far away with no warning we all quit. So limits need for layoffs. Of bigger concern is the huge OIG fraud lawsuits brewing do they’ll be heavily sanctioned this time because we left but not empty handed.
So much this, @NUhfVkV-2viqz. I gave up in the end and quit myself. They are intentionally trying to cull the stuff, and it's working for them.
