I keep reading on here all the different things about Aberdeen and all I can say is that 90% of it is true.
I am sitting right now in Aberdeen and in a BH office,
I sat in a meeting this morning and for about the hundredth time heard managers lying in conference calls about lost contracts, poor performance, total mess ups both on and offshore just endless lies from people trying to keep There jobs.
I started 3 years ago and when I started had managers who were ex rig managers, vast experince and now have all been paid off and replaced with default managers who at best have about 5 years office experince and no idea.
We have so many trainees and greaduates as paid off most experienced staff.
I can see every day when I go to ask questions they don't have a clue what's evening going on in the office.
The place has gone so down hill that no-one like to work here, no one cares and all that we seem to be good at these days is losing work.
I like so many others are desperate to find a job with any other company that will take them just to get away from BH.
