Just take a look around the stores at all the vehicles sitting around that we don't have enough drivers for. What do you reckon this is costing the company? Of course if they hadn't cut so many labor hours we might have not lost some of these commercial customers. Thank you genius upper management.

It's all about selling antifreeze, oil, brake fluid, brake cleaner, project packs and snickers. To hell with actual parts. What more could a shop want?
The total stupidity of this company is unreal, cut back inventory, constantly cut hours from the store, have skeleton crews to service customers, and then wonder, geee wiz, why we not gitten them sales?
