Does University of Phoenix use a matrix-like system for retaining and firing enrollment reps? If not, how are enrollment reps evaluated?

Yep, nothing's changed...just like Camden fishing. Go pound sand.
The matrix is called the metrics. It is still being used. If you dont enroll according to budget you will get fired. Same system for last 10 years at least. Nothings changed.
