Every store I have ever gone into nobody is smiling.
They look mad or sad and some look frustrated. What happened to that place?

Just starting the conversation for people that don’t know that.

Really?? What do you expect? All they do is take more and more away from store associates this is the only company that expects their associates to work for straight time on the holidays.
