Way back when, if a customer complained about an associate, the incident was brought up along with the customer name and the associate's side would be explained. Fair enough. Now the associate is not given the name, and with the amount of customers he/she deals with, who can remember fairly each incident? Anyone can make a complaint, hopefully not made up, and x3 strikes you're out. Sounds familiar to anyone else? How is it that you are not allowed to defend yourself properly?

Lowe's has changed... horrible
If you are in a one party consent state record the conversations and complaints won't hurt you when it comes to unemployment
Lowe’s has supported their employees for years. Oh to go back when Herring was running the company.
