The KC group of stores would dramatically improve with a change in leadership. No one respects CM. He should pack up the dog and old lady and head east.

NEWS FLASH - McCollum slips on ice causing a concussion. Will be out for 2 weeks. Sales jump 21% in region overnight and no one has quit thus far. Morale seems to be on an uptick in KC.

Had a guy from corporate waiting in the parking lot when I opened this morning. Was there to take an inventory of shelving and assets. When I asked why he seemed surprised that I was unaware of what he called the project. Apparently I’m being consolidated into another store. Nice communication McCollum!!!

Overheard this morning that some DM regions will be consolidated. 18-22 stores per DM. Amazing what you can overhear when your DM takes his conference calls on a speaker in ones store.

I’m in the KC region and could not agree with the previous post more. This guy has driven sales into the ground and killed morale. You would think corporate would recognize this. Turnover is rediculous.
You are correct about that POS KC VP. Hard to believe he was a trainer for new leadership in Roanoke when he cannot manage himself. But then again, it's probably a contributing factor as to why current leadership is so poor. The leadership in his own region leaves a lot to be desired. All are yes men to the almighty CM.
Another field management shuffle was announced today. Too bad that the KV VP that continues to drag the region down was not part of it.
