There will be no Noble layoffs this year. But, I never forget. The past two years have been brutal. Management at this company does not care about anybody but themselves. In the meantime I will just hang on and wait until the industry rebounds, which it will. At first good opportunity I am out the door. It is when the industry is struggling that you get to see management true colors. I have seen enough. For me I will play it smart and hang out until I can bolt. No loyalty here
