LR will continue. Profit is up and stock jumps. This means the strategy of cutting costs is working. In the foreseeable future, revenue, employee morale, and product quality will continue to go down. We will see more layoffs and higher bonus for executives. The total collapse that many in this forum hope to see will not occur.

Many people believed in endless growth in 2000 when the stock hit $82.
New strategy:
Cut down employee salaries, higher grades, etc..
Hire less experienced people to get the job done, or almost done.
Incentivize them with a SPIFF or two, One off bonus, or whatever makes them feel better about working for a less amount of money.
Don't forget to brainwash your people with the "we are becoming a software company" BS.
Sell it to Wall Street, and pray to whoever you believe in that they bite, but or believe.
Wash, time, repeat - every damn quarter.
What's working good people leaving after being burnt out? Only the deadwood stay behind to one day receive a package.
Another “we are Cisco” koolaid drinker.
Beatings/LR will continue until morale IMPROVES
