Management really needs to put some thought into clear direction for the company... The messages we've been getting from them lately have been all over the place... They talk about improving conditions and quality of life at the company, but then nothing happens...
Also, maybe start promoting people who deserve it? I understand that the growth requires some positions to be filled quickly, but rushing it that much is going to be bad for the company in the long run... It already is... You passed over perfectly qualified and experienced people for outsiders who are acting like fish out of water...
Better leadership will mean better morale for workers, which will improve company culture... It's a good thing for US Foods...
