Sprint upper management is completely devoid of understanding what all the people under them are actually doing. That's the only way I can explain the unrealistic expectations and goals they are setting on us.
My work week has turned into a nightmare in which I barely get to see my family. They don't seem to care that we chronically overworked, they just keep moving the goal post.
They also have a tendency to play favorites. No matter how much extra work you put to achieve their impossible goals, they will not recognize that hard work unless you are somehow a part of their little circle.
Frankly, being laid off would be a blessing in disguise at this point.
