I worked 30 years on rigs in east Texas and I couldn’t understand half of what those dumb--s roughnecks were saying.

How little you know of the company... Did you think this is an American company? I hope HR could understand your accent. I couldn't understand the IT guys Boston accent, I couldn't understand the Procurement guys Minnesota accent. So much happening in this world and you're hung-up on accents?
No, the funny part is they expect people who were not raised in our society to answer questions about it. Duh.
The fact people speak with different accent is perfectly normal.
If everyone speaks Texan or British accent, slb will be few 100s employees company only.
They moved HR Hub to Bogota, how funny. And yes, can't understand what they say. But...SLB cares about you. LOL.
American English is not a foreign accent if you actually come from North America. We all spark like this
