Noble had layoffs in Nov 2015 and 2016, I have not heard anything this year.
Does that mean we get to enjoy the holidays this year?

peculiar. two unexplained "leavings" in 2017. SVP AJ and Director EG. Director EG did not even get one of those "personal reasons" filings on Noble website. Those two gone, and we also suspect the real reasons why an EVP "retired early" last spring and really hope the door hit her in the a-- on the way out.
Interesting that Director TE, largest insider holder, sold 10% of his stock ($8.3mm) at about the same time. Connected?
well, I thought we had a good piece of gossip going on this but the last person is wrong. SEC filing is still on Noble website. There is also another report showing where AJ gave up more than 67K shares of unvested stock because he resigned without notice. Even at Wednesday's price, nobody walks away from that kind of money because they want out fast unless a new employer is going to pick up the cost. We will soon see if that happens here. Last poster did get one thing right. CEO and CFO should be replaced.
The DISHONEST Noble Energy Inc. Executive Team has taken the SEC resignation notice down from the NBLENERGY.com website. It is still with the SEC and still at this site: https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/NBL/key-data/filings . Stover and Fisher should be fired immediately.
So besides the usual " ... retired to pursue personal interests" rhetoric anybody have insight on why AJ departed? Always appeared to be an honorable man. Maybe a health issue? Or possibly he has enough riches and he's ready to enjoy life? Either of the two heir apparents been named yet?
