You might be mistaken, there are more foreign Quest contract employees than Halliburton itself. You should first report that to Mom and edb. Halliburton never hired single foreigner in last 3 years except in manufacturing for low skilled job.
I was once a foreigner. Don't spread wrong information. Everyone knows who is getting preference. Halliburton is international company but still acting like local company. Prefers only to develop local talent but no complaint from foreigners yet but still you complaining? If same pressure continues, one day Halliburton has to move it's operations to other country.
