Just confirmed it today, that they lost the commissions today, all are hourly wage. That is going to hurt the gentleman and ladies in the north midwest stores bad?
The bastards from bass pro bought Cabelas and made the boat salesmen go to hourly sales instead of commission for their hard work.
Why would you sale high priced items for an hourly rate? I'll never step foot in bass pro again.
