PGLs always thought they are manager level but they are only production supervisors...mostly are diploma holders....but acting like managers....
This video is big joke. Singapore engineers and managers always pretend like they know everything and are experts, same shown in that video. Kudos to great actors!

What a lot of crap. The most important thing for promotion is how many chop suey and fly lice you can eat.
Basically important thing is who knows you and who you know playing key factor in your career ladder.
In the video, they are just only a coordinator in their job roles. They are not the hands on engineers. Can they build the assembly or troubleshooting the assembly by themself? Eye power the jobs and collecting information and presenting final results to their bosses.
