CB&I has created a hostile environment with their poor work ethics. I am really surprised someone has not sued them yet.

Maybe I do and you just do not understand know the facts. If I was the suing kind I would have CB&I over the barrel. They are lucky, I just am not that type. You need to overhaul HR.
I don't think you understand "hostile environment" means in employment law.
