Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Does your Sears have electric blankets, heating mattress pads or space heaters?

I’m curious if it is just our location in Hemet CA or if it is a vendor issue and nationwide?

Biddeford, the manufacturer of Cannon electric blankets and mattress pads and throws, is no longer a supplier. There was a high failure rate and a lot of returns of defective product. Vendor would not give a concession for all the bad units.

We have the heated blankets. Have had people ask about the mattress pads, but have not seen those yet this year (had them last year) and assuming now that I probably won't unless they're late or some reason.

Space heaters, not sure, I assume those are a different department I rarely see.

Sears, Michigan

We don’t carry those anymore

We use to until last couple of years

Costco has best price anywhere in electric throws...$23.00 and they are super nice
