And boy are we feeling it in the branches. Documents for bank setups, new accounts and other things are taking 5-7 days now when it used to be 1-2 days. Curtis keeps saying he is sorry, they are hiring new people and shuffling people and that they just had a larger than expected influx of new accounts.

BS. My question which has yet to be answered is just how many people did you fire to lead to this problem. It must be just crazy in St. Pete.

If you are not part of the in-kids, then you should leave. They will promise you that there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, for those that "play ball." It is a lie. You will never grab the brass ring. There is no pot of gold, unless it was already given to you.

Remember the toxic assets, RJ claimed they never had any, but when the government began to offer corporate relief, RJ quickly jumped to admit that they were full of the toxic assets. Simply so they could s--- from the government teat. RJ lies.

They give and advertise they are LGBT friendly, but internally the christian conservative managers are openly hostile and promote the racist and homophobic.

If you work there, you already know this.

The conflict isn't the question of will RJ return to the way of the Tom James way? It will never go back. Forget any notion that Tom James is going to ride up on a noble white steed and take back his company, he can't.

There are better cultures than RJ, you have to get out and find them.
