I have not heard of any rumors about another round of layoffs. However with the budget constraints I would not be surprised if it happened. The other two times there were rumored layoffs, it happened. Has anyone heard anything?

Look at the financials of this company - they have no path to success. Bond holders are calling them out in a legal battle. Weak leadership with no proven experience on how to grow a company starting with the CEO. The President of Enterprise is a sales guy with little proven business experience. He doesn’t have the skill set to addrees the business issues challenging the company.
They can’t grow revenue so they continue to cut expenses (people) . It’s a shame they are not relevant in the industry anymore.

Yes to hiring. Demographic is 18-25 yrs old at $16 an hr. Of course these millenials have no idea what to do and will take a long time to learn. The cuts are in sales, finance, management, etc.
If you made the cut, congratulations and prepare to be cross trained. Multiple roles for your current job will follow. The best way to put it is that they are making it up as they go. They don’t know and nothing has worked in the past 3 years so it’s simple pi$$ing in the wind and hope that something sticks. Unfortunately it’s 3 blind mice on a corporate scale
Don't fool yourselves. This is not a growth company. Word is call center will be closed up in Richmond VA.
The bank is definitely not open. That's a false statement. No word on any layoffs maybe they're laying low for holidays and pick up in January?
Saw a bunch of folks getting their pictures taken yesterday, new hires. But they could be contractors, don’t know.
The reason they are hiring techs is due to the fact they let go of wat too many and now they are filling these positions back up with non union and their salaries are much less than the experience they let go.....
My department cannot hire or backfill.
