To meet quota I work a minimum of 60+ hours a week and to produce the numbers required. There is an unspoken rule of thumb that my weekends and holidays have open availability. Your relationships may suffer as mine did unless your partner is just as driven in his/her career as you are.
Upper management will expect you to put the needs of the company before your personal life. There is a focus on results and only the results. There is no benefits worth mentioning to compensate the loss of a family life or any life outside of the company.
