What percentage of employees are being let go why GE is not disclosing to the media?

Management still think that contracts will come to them, because GE famous and big company. It is not 1980s. Wake up.
So sad....we already had headcount reduction earlier this year! Learnerships gotta work and bring in projects. These so called leader are big talk no action and only sees target numbers ....and yet employees are given illusion of being part of something big to keep motivated. Just BS.
