GE Made Same Mistakes As Westinghouse

GE Made Same Mistakes As Westinghouse . Getting rid of manufacturing, moving out of Pittsburgh to many facilities all over, disrupting the technical capabilities and cashing in assets to cover increasing cost of quality and lousy cost structure from the consequences of bad changes made.

GE is doing and has done the exact same thing, and is in similar cash and ability to execute trouble across the entire turbine business. We are all hoping hey can fix it, but don't have much faith based on what we see. After they sell off their last assets, and lose what's left of the depleted expertise base, how can they succeed?

GE Huge Mistakes Bad Management

Bad decisions by inexperienced management destroyed the viability and cash flow of many businesses. Then they dumped them to raise cash that they couldn't make organically by selling value added goods and products.

This is why GE stock was $66 around 1998 and has gone down and languished all these years as the market recognized was cannibalizing itself by bad management. Now GE stock is at $17.4 had to slash the dividend, have an underfunded pension plan, and analysts believe is only worth $11 to $14. GE has the title of worst stock in the Dow for years.

Is this the plan, or jus bad management.

Funny stuff right there. Part of the plan? There's a plan? I've never seen one.

GE showed their true colors. It's all about money. That appears to be the master "plan."

I'd be fine if they would just own the plan. Quit telling me how important employees are. How much GE cares. We're a meritocracy and all the rest of the GE feel good bull$&@?

ALL THAT MATTERS TO GE IS $

You think that was a mistake huh? LOL!

No, they didn't make a mistake, all part of the plan. Why do you assume their objectives are the same as yours?

Why do you assume that GE will continue doing exactly what it has since inception? You are a dumb peon, who is clueless about the long term plans of the execs, which may require the abandonment or sacrifice of existing assets.

Now go turn your TV back on and go to sleep.
