I think it's pretty clear. If you're in Bentonville, and you work in IT, your job is probably moving to India in the next 12 to 18 months, some as soon at June 2018.

@vgn It means, as a previous poster stated, ISD jobs are getting “ offshored” in the new future. Anyone paying attention over the past 6 years has seen this coming. They have been making moves to clear out ISD now we are in final stage - hence if you have ISD job consider yourself a short timer
What does that mean? There have been thousands of India WMT tech employees for years. Hiring has essentially been flat in B'ville for that reason. No big epiphany on this post.
