Inspectors at BoD seem to please themselves how much overtime they work. No monitoring, no control. What is the saying? "Work expands to fill the time available for its completion." Easy money.

If your so busy why are you losing so many contracts only service company making a loss every quarter for the past 3 years? Your so busy but your shares are at a all time low which oil at a all time high? Your so busy but GE dont want you?

Don't make me laugh you don't know what busy is.
