The VP over the QC and Single courses has given notice to leave before the end of December. She was the last big supporter of the QC. I guess you ERS will get to contact new enquiries. Or better yet, go to an automated system where students sign up for classes on line. That would leave only AAS and FAs. Like someone posted days ago, it is funny in a way to see the end of UoPx .

Next move is schedule for after Christmas
Agree with the other ER. Students aren’t smart enough to do a application on their own. Call center is what they want. Even old ownership wanted it.
If your laid off contact your local news org and put UOPX on blast. UOPX is trying to avoid as much negative press by not making the layoffs public. Investors and students have a right to know. Call Joseph Flaherty at Phoenix New Times. Google your news provider and email them.
Whether students can independently complete an application or not is irrelevant. UOPX has never catered to the student. The main UOPX objective is to automated as much of the enrollment process as possible. They will layoff more enrollment.
As an enrollment counselor, I can tell you the caliber of student we attract usually cannot complete the application on their own. Sad, but true. There will always be a need for enrollment.
As for a complete call center? Its coming. Starts with finance next week.
