It i deceptively attractive, onsite employee are expected to work 18 hours a day in Indian IT services companies. You will end up spending 6 hours daily on offshore call, clarifying and guiding unskilled and dumb off shore employee and their political managers.
with in six months you will become unemployable anywhere else as you intellect starts waning due to lack of sleep and lack of training to keep pace with job market.
