Some people were saying they got no RSUs with their promotion. Is that normal?
Either bonus or severance - if you got review of 3, you are laid off. It is the new norm now, they need to fill a 10% layoff bucket every year now in their annual review (Spring review for promo was removed, now only Fall review with promos and layoffs)
I’m getting my review this week not sure what to expect. Do they give layoffs during review?

I got a rate of 5 (out of 7) and 10K bonus. RSU will vest on 11/20 (great!!!) and bonus in December. After this, I'm actively looking for jobs and a relocation plan. Want to get out and find a decent job offer by January hopefully. I'm done with Q. Nothing good will come out of here. Just run and don't look back!
