Was hoping to get feedback regarding new team structures, bandwidth and your thoughts in general.

I really don't see this place lasting more than a few more years. Just here for a paycheck and the ED division is THE WORST place I have ever been in this company. I don't mid a sales job, just stop pretending its "all about our students" and then fire us for telling them to go to a CC where its quality education and almost free. And yes, that new thing about the "values" is a freaking joke. Referrals is a joke and the referral club is a joke.
Education is worse. Micromanagement is far worse than any other department! The same sh-- leads and you get written up for anything including referrals. There is even a referral club that you must attend daily depending on your manager for everyday you don't have a referral app! These stupid new values the company decided to come up with are a joke! They should be the first to follow them!
New teams? It is a complete ghost town everyone almost everyone that is a core agg rep feels like they are going to get fired asap, especially with Denver hiring like crazy for core agg reps if someone in leadership could let reps know what it going on that would be a good start
Micromanagement over kpis in core agg is retarded the sh-- of the sh-- leads is what we get and our job s---s stop threatening everyone's job on a daily basis for referrals if you are going to do it just do it
