So, had the opportunity to visit Kingwood recently. Yep it is a shell of what it used to be. They still have offices there but manufacturing is gone, outsourced to other companies. Shame. Guess just another example of WFT attempting to absorb a company and screwing things up. RIP epSolutions.

So did the fat lady sing this week in Kingwood?

Also, where is the bump in stock and formal announcement that the OneStim JV has closed? It was publicized as approved but have not seen the closed news yet??

So you say they are not closing Kingwood? Let’s not split hairs here and consider keeping minimal office space as keeping it open.

May keep some of flow there if they can’t move to labs but folks are losing their jobs and manufacturing for automation is moving out.

This is because they are closing the facility down. Don't need folks to make product if you're going to outsource it.

Shame as most of the folks that remain in the back and do the hands on work are good folks, what a great time to be losing your job as well. Guess poor planing got them into it so no surprise they do this over the holidays as well.
