Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

Another day, another lawsuit

Maybe if we focused more on innovation and less on suing others, we'd be better off? Just a thought...

Qualcomm has launched another lawsuit against Apple, accusing the iPhone maker of sharing proprietary code with Intel.

There's more than one. An agreement is an agreement. If there's any potential that Qcom was harmed at the expense of Intel and Apple, it could be an issue; I don't think it matters that it's a mistake.

"They have emails". What a load of BS. They have one email where an Intel dude was added mistakenly. This lawsuit is going to be one freaking embarrassment for QCOM.

Apple could be stealing Qcom code and sharing it with Intel and you want Qcom to do nothing about this? They have emails indicating Apple trying to share code with Intel.

Ah, the Apple/Intel shills think this is a worthwhile discussion

I see pain in your future. Lots and lots...

what kind of dumb point of view is that. aapl steals qcom ip and qcom should not sue...but aapl can sue all they way. i think qcom has a strong evidence this has happened or they would't sue just for the heck of it.
