Zillow says there are 100 homes for sale in Sidney and 6 have sold in the past 6 months.

CFOs house went up a few days ago. 5bd 5bath 5000 sq ft, 299k. That seems way undervalued. He's accepted a position at BP so they may be making up the difference.

I am afraid that the housing situation will get much worse before it clears up. To many years of extravagent building coupled with a hideous tax structure to fund the excessive life style of the city and county goverment for it to clear up any time in the near future.
