Did you experience s-xual harassment or a hostile work environment in your location or product line that prevented advancement? Did you report it it HR or your N+1? Did anything every happen?

While ago someone reported harassment to ethics line anonymously,it took not more than 5 days, the manager got replaced.

This line is been handled by independent company and your local HR won't even be involved in any decision made by higher area or HQ HR.

As 1ids says, never ever talk about this to local HR or any other HR, you will be release with cause, mostly insubordination.

Just make an anonymous call from a pay phone.

I have never seen s-xual discrimination.

But, I have seen racism against white people. Black managers and HR people can be very, very biased. I have seen it first hand of how they treat other black people way better than white people.

Before these certain incidents I have never seen racism in the workplace before.
