Who Cares anymore? Really? The upper management is making decisions to fill their pockets and prepare Uop to be sold again after Apollo Global is split from UoP. Who cares about quality? Shove it! Who cares the temps to perms will always be temp to save benefits money. Shove it. Who cares about fall pumpkin painting distraction activity to help increase employee happiness? Shove it!!! Who cares the new raise will be swallowed up by much higher insurance cost? Shove it!!! Who cares the student is getting buried in debt for a below average education? Shove it! Who cares that employees cannot be paid on performance numbers but we get weekly updates on numbers of enrollment and our need to step it up to met goals? Shove It!

Try working in the va dept.. under new mgt fired the old director of 22 years brought in people who don't know VA. Push numbers and files all the time. Process 55 recert process 20 apps.. BLITZ hours where we have to rush thru files... turn in numbers and compete to be top performer. Wait for quality a month later to tell us our mistakes. How is that putting the veteran first.
I do not care. We are so short handed they will not fire us either.

Agreed, as an employee, it is a bit frustrating, but the 5 weeks vacation is nice, and the ONLY reason Im still here. That said, I need to look for a new job as enrollmemt in Phx is now capped at $65k/yr.
