Can‘t sell. Negative equity already, and that is not going to improve when hundreds of people in the same salary range as me suddenly decide to leave San Diego and the housing market is flooded with sale offers. I am stuck in SD, like so many others.
I will rent my home and buy a new home in bay area. I can buy yours too if you intend to sell your home
