One good man at Mattel did many bad things to many women for a long time. Go directly to jail, do not pass Go, do not collect $200 million.
At AG it's only women. They only gave out promotions/raises/good jobs to women. Some didn't even have a college degree.
She survived, Goody got promoted, the lower mid mismanager got stripped of his duties, then got whacked at the next layoff.
SG has always been above the law, but hey, if you can get away with it, what heck right? Power brings privileges says Hollywood.
Rumor also had it that he also had a lil thing with a certain HR female who worked in the DC.........one of many.

They can get away with it because they are upper mis management SVP's, just like Hollywood. Funny how a lower level manager got hacked because he tried to hit on the same chick that Goodie hit on a Europe trip but she did the s-xual harassment route on him and he got fired as soon as the next layoffs came.

well, RD did fire the only black VP who then sued for wrongful termination and won the settlement. But I did see people who had inappropriate relations with subordinates fired as well.

well, he was arrested and fired. It's not like we have kids in the office. And god forbid HR addresses it. 80's chick head of HR will keep quiet and not say a peep like wen anyone else is fired under bizarre circumstances.

I'm surprised no one has said anything yet about the Good Man. extreme harasser. And also his buddy next door having multiple affairs and not even hiding them very well. such a unhealthy atmosphere.
Not so sure about gender discrimination but I am sure of race discrimination. That's a fact, just look at how many Hispanics or African Americans in high positions. Zero. GBTS, women, all day long.
Minorities, again, zero, and it's been that way for decades.
I was at Mattel and told to fire 2 over-50 year old employees due to their age (because their performance was exemplary and their businesses were growing in revenue and in profitability). I fought it and was able to find one of them a job inside the company, and the other I failed. Then 2 months later I was let go for poor behavior yet my review was excellent and my business was up. I then fought Mattel for a year and settled with them.
Don't be afraid to fight back - Mattel s more afraid of you then you are of them and will cave if you push back hard enough (hint: you don't have to sue - you just have to have a solid story with evidence).
Kinda moot now that Goodie's being phased out. He put the squeeze on beaucoup petite honeys who complained to HR then got fired. There is a God, his era of s-xual misbehavior is coming to a close. Now fire everyone in HR who covered for him for a decade, at the expense of innocents.
You know you are on chopping block when suddenly your reviews are negative or neutral for no reason. Not uncommon for Mattel to build a “case” to justify bad behavior they are intending to do and blame the victim. Have seen it myself several times. The fact that mattel wants cookie cutter emoloyees rather than disruptive thinkers explains the situation it is in now. Don’t miss it at all.

I saw it, heard it and was told to change yearly reviews because the employees fell out of favor. incredibly superficial toxic culture that i was happy to walk away from this year.

I’ve heard on numerous business trips the velvet mafia judge everyone regardless of s-x on their clothes, butt, style, etc... incredibly demeaning and disrespectful. God forbid theyre your boss and your not up to their standards of fashion it’s amazing how quickly your reviews can become increasingly negative.
Definitely an old school s-xist environment. Seems to be worse since M-go joined. Perhaps the guys are upset about a woman CEO and taking their frustrations out on the rest of us? The level of mansplaining and he-peating is at record highs.
