Number 2 - Business re brands or updates its vision statement

Number 3 - Shareholder value is more important than customer value

Number 4 - Corporate politicians start running the business

Number 5 - Nothing changes

Number 6 – Everyone is stressed and under pressure

Number 7- The fun goes

@tbp You sound like supervisor or manager who can’t do any useful/Techical work than ranking your reports on non-metrics like who smells better or who is more active with local nonsense volunteering activities. You don’t want anyone to realize how bad the culture is in company now in fear that no peons will be left to do useful work.

I've decided to stay at COP after getting several good offers to leave. Really happy that I did, things are looking up and morale is much higher. It really helps that a lot of the deadwood is gone and we can finally get thing done.
